The wood floor grabbing device comprises a base body, a grabbing mechanism, a driving locking mechanism and a first elastic piece, wherein the grabbing mechanism is used for grabbing the side edge of a wood floor, is movably connected to the base body in the first direction, and can move between a first working position and a second working position relative to the base body; the driving locking mechanism is used for driving the grabbing mechanism to move tothe first working position and locking the grabbing mechanism to the first working position; and the first elastic piece is used for driving the grabbing mechanism to move to the second working position after the driving locking mechanism is unlocked. The invention further provides the wood floor installation robot, and the wood floor grabbing device is installed on an installation plate of the wood floor installation robot, so that the wood floor can be stably grabbed.
