The invention relates to a circulating construction method of aluminum alloy templates. By means of the circulating construction method, the problems that in the prior art, the aluminum alloy circulating rate is low, and the circulating use effect is poor are mainly solved. Multiple aluminum template bodies and connecting parts are included. Each aluminum template body comprises an aluminum paneland a frame. Mounting holes are formed in the frames. Extending portions are formed in the peripheries of the aluminum panels by extending outwards. The connecting parts comprise matched locking bolts, locking nuts and supporting sleeves, and the supporting sleeves are arranged on the locking bolts in a sleeving manner. A supporting face is arranged on the outer surface of each supporting sleeve.Every two adjacent aluminum template bodies are locked and connected in a manner than the corresponding locking bolts penetrate through the mounting holes in the frames of the aluminum template bodies. The supporting sleeves are distributed on the adjacent extending portions, and the supporting faces abut against the extending portions. The circulating construction method of the aluminum alloy templates comprises the following steps of a, manual detection, b, ultrasonic detection, c, classified stacking, d, surface treatment, e, shaping correction, f, drawing design, g, non-standard size template design and h, pre-mounting.
