The wet-mixed mortar admixture is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 550 to 620 parts of water, 85to 115 parts of a polyether, 2 to 3.5 parts of vitamin C, 3 to 5 parts of mercaptoethanol, 20 to 35 parts of acrylic acid, 80 to 110 parts of white sugar, 90 to 110 parts of corn starch and 90 to 110parts of glucose. The preparation method comprises the following steps: heating water to 40 DEG C, adding the polyether, stirring for 10 minutes, dropwise adding acrylic acid material A after 10 minutes, mixing vitamin C with mercaptoethanol to obtain a material B, controlling the dropwise adding time of the material A B to be 1 hour, adding corn starch into an obtained mixture after dropwise adding, stirring for 1 hour, adding white sugar and glucose, and stirring for 1 hour to obtain a finished product.
