The components of the plasticizer and the regulator do not contain chloride ions, and the alkali content is almost zero, so that the reinforcing steel bar is not rusted, the environment is not polluted, and the body of an operator is not damaged. According to the wet-mixed mortar admixture, a multi-component retarding component is adopted, so that the phenomena of short development time and poor working performance caused by a single retarding component are avoided. The plasticizer and the regulator are green and environment-friendly, the opening time, workability and water retention rate of the mortar can be improved, and meanwhile, the compressive strength and bonding strength are improved. The dosage of the plasticizer or the regulator can be effectively regulated according to the performance of the mortar ina double-doping mode of the plasticizer and the regulator, and a client can easily and freely regulate and control the performance of the wet-mixed mortar. The wet-mixed mortar admixture provided bythe invention is suitable for masonry, plastering and plastering and masonry of interior and exterior walls of commercial residences.
