Aiming at the conditions that the workability is poor, the opening time is difficult to regulate and control and the working performance loss is quick due to the fact that natural sand is replaced by waste concrete regenerated sand powder, the thickening and water-retaining agent is self-synthesized; according to the present invention, the mortar is added with the polycarboxylic acid mother liquor, the cocoanut fatty acid diethanolamide, the silicon resin polyether emulsion, the sodium gluconate, the white sugar, the molasses, the sodium alpha-olefin sulfonate and the lauryl sodium sulfate, such that the mortar system can be stabilized, the flowing property can be maintained, and the mortar layering problem can be avoided; meanwhile, the development of mechanical properties of the mortar is improved.
本发明涉及水泥基建筑材料外加剂技术领域,尤其是涉及一种再生湿拌砂浆外加剂及其制备方法。针对废弃混凝土再生砂粉取代天然砂带来的和易性差,开放时间难调控以及工作性能损失快的情况,本发明通过自合成一种增稠保水剂,并配合聚羧酸母液、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、硅树脂聚醚乳液、葡萄糖酸钠、白糖、糖蜜、α‑烯基磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠,实现稳定砂浆体系,保持流动性能,避免砂浆分层的问题,制备得到的外加剂不仅能够满足湿拌砂浆长时间的保塑,同时提高砂浆力学性能的发展。
