The invention discloses a porous thermal insulation carbon block made of a biomass material and a preparation method thereof, and aims to solve the technical problems that asphalt or coal tar is mostly used as a binder in current carbon brick production, volatile matters of the asphalt or the coal tar have pungent smell, and the production environment is severe. The porous thermal insulation carbon block is prepared from the following raw materials: 50-65 parts by weight of coke powder as an aggregate, 5-10 parts by weight of dextrin powder, 5-10 parts by weight of syrup and 15-25 parts by weight of water as a binder, and 1-5 parts by weight of bamboo fiber and 1-5 parts by weight of cellulose as production auxiliary materials. The binder of the porous carbon brick is dextrin and syrup, and sugar carbon formed by carbonizing the dextrin and the syrup belongs to porous carbon which cannot be graphitized, so that the thermal insulation property of the carbon brick is further improved; byutilizing the excellent high temperature resistance and thermal shock resistance of the carbon material, the thermal insulation material which can be applied to a high-temperature environment of 2000DEG C or above is produced.
本发明公开了一种生物质材料制作的多孔保温炭块及其制备方法,解决的技术问题是目前炭砖生产中多用沥青或煤焦油为粘结剂,沥青或煤焦油的挥发物具有刺鼻的气味,生产环境恶劣。本发明由以下原料制备而成:以50~65重量份的焦炭粉末作为骨料,以5~10重量份的糊精粉末、5~10重量份的糖浆和15~25重量份的水作为粘结剂,1~5重量份的竹纤维和1~5重量份的纤维素作为生产辅料。本发明所述多孔炭砖的粘结剂为糊精和糖浆,两者炭化后形成的糖炭属于多孔的无法石墨化的炭,进一步增加了炭砖的保温性能;利用碳材料优良的耐高温和抗热震性能,生产出可以应用于2000℃以上高温环境中的保温材料。
