Porous thermal-insulation charcoal block and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a porous heat preservation charcoal block and a preparation method thereof. The technical problem to be solved is how to prepare a furnace lining charcoal brick for a blast furnace and an electric furnace by utilizing excellent high-temperature resistance and thermal shock resistance of a carbon material. The charcoal block is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 55-70 parts of coke powder, 25-40 parts of a binder, 1-5 parts of a pore-forming agent and 1-3 parts of a lubricant. According to the invention, the excellent high-temperature resistance and thermal shock resistance of the charcoal material are utilized, and the thermal conductivity of the charcoal brick is reduced in a pore-forming manner, so that the thermal insulation material which can be applied to a high-temperature environment of 2000 DEG C or above is produced.
本发明公开了一种多孔保温炭块及其制备方法,解决的技术问题是如何利用碳材料优良的耐高温和抗热震性能制备出高炉、电炉用炉衬炭砖。本发明由以下原料制备而成:55~70重量份的焦炭粉末、25~40重量份的粘结剂、1~5重量份的造孔剂和1~3重量份的润滑剂。本发明利用碳材料优良的耐高温和抗热震性能,通过造孔的方式降低炭砖的热导率来生产出可以应用于2000℃以上高温环境中的保温材料。
