The invention discloses a carbon fiber reinforced porous thermal insulation carbon block and a preparation method thereof, and aims at solving the technical problems that when the thermal insulation performance of a carbon brick is improved, the porosity in the carbon brick is increased, the volume density and the overall strength of the carbon brick are certainly reduced, and the use performanceof the carbon brick is influenced. The carbon fiber reinforced porous thermal insulation carbon block is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-65 parts of coke powder serving as a matrix material, and 15-25 parts of carbon fiber reinforcement, 25-40 parts of a binder, 1-3 parts of a pore forming agent and 1-3 parts of a plasticizer serving as auxiliary materials. The porosity of the product is ensured by adopting the raw materials with high porosity, so that the thermal insulation property of the carbon brick is improved; the carbon fibers are firstly treated by thedispersing agent, so that the carbon fiber bundles are opened, and are fully stirred and dispersed in the liquid binder, thereby ensuring that the carbon fibers are uniformly dispersed in the reinforcement.
本发明公开了一种碳纤维增强多孔保温炭块及其制备方法,解决的技术问题是提高炭砖的保温性能时,炭砖内孔隙率会增加,势必引起炭砖的体积密度和整体强度的降低,影响炭砖的使用性能。本发明由以下原料制备而成:基质料为:50~65重量份的焦炭粉末,辅料为:15~25重量份的碳纤维增强体、25~40重量份的粘结剂、1~3重量份的造孔剂和1~3重量份的塑性剂。本发明采用孔隙率高的原料来保证产品的气孔率,从而提高炭砖的保温性能;碳纤维先用分散剂处理,使碳纤维束打开,并先在液态的粘结剂中充分搅拌分散,保证了碳纤维在增强体中均匀分散。
