Minimally invasive repair method of basement outer wall waterproof layers
The invention discloses a minimally invasive repair method of two basement outer wall waterproof layers. The method comprises the following steps: (1) obliquely and downwards drilling grouting holes penetrating through an outer wall on the upper side and the lower side of a water leakage position, or obliquely and downward uniformly drilling a plurality of rows of grouting holes penetrating through the outer wall on the whole outer wall, wherein the row spacing is 200-300 mm, and the hole spacing is 300-500 mm; (2) embedding high-pressure grouting pipes in all the grouting holes, wherein the front end of the high-pressure grouting pipes reaches between an original waterproof layer and the outer wall; (3) injecting an acrylate grouting material into a gap between the waterproof layer and the outer wall; (4) pulling out the high-pressure grouting pipes, and pouring the grouting holes densely; and (5) after water leakage of the outer wall is avoided, adopting structural joint grouting glue to grout cracks, if partial water leakage exists in the outer wall, uniformly drilling a plurality of rows of grouting holes penetrating the outer wall obliquely downwards at the water leakage position, staggering the grouting holes with the previous grouting holes, and constructing the new grouting holes according to the same operation. The method has the advantages that no dewatering of a basement is required and the operation is simple and convenient.
本发明公开了两种地下室外墙防水层的微创修复方法,包括以下步骤:(1)在漏水位置上下两侧倾斜向下钻穿透外墙的注浆孔,或在整个外墙上倾斜向下均匀钻多排穿透外墙的注浆孔,排间距200‑300mm,孔间距300‑500mm;(2)全部注浆孔中埋入高压注浆管,高压注浆管的前端到达原有防水层与外墙之间;(3)将丙烯酸盐灌浆料注入防水层与外墙之间的空隙中;(4)拔出高压注浆管,将注浆孔灌注密实;(5)外墙不再漏水后,采用结构灌缝胶对裂缝灌缝,如果外墙还存在局部漏水,则在漏水位置倾斜向下均匀钻多排穿透外墙的注浆孔,与之前的注浆孔交错排列,按相同操作对新注浆孔施工。本发明的有益之处在于:无需对地下室进行降水并且操作简便。
