The invention discloses a method for preparing concrete by replacing natural sand with industrial waste steel slag. The method comprises the following steps: treating waste steel slag discharged by aniron and steel enterprise through a mechanical 60-to-80-mesh sieve so as to obtain a material containing 5% of free calcium oxide and 6% of magnesium oxide, and mixing the obtained material with natural stones, cement 425 and water according to a weight ratio of (800-825): (1050-1080): (320-330): 175 kg in terms of per cubic meter of concrete so as to prepare a steel slag concrete product. According to the invention, with the steel slag concrete product prepared by replacing a natural sand material with steel slag with a content of 100%, the hydration strength of the concrete can be improved;meanwhile, the setting time of the concrete can be properly shortened; the depth of carbonization is reduced; the frost resistance is improved; the slump is improved; the loss is small; the chlorideion penetration resistance is high; a large number of natural sand resources are saved; resourceful utilization of the waste slag, namely the steel slag is developed; the ecological environment is protected against pollution and damage; and a novel technical product is provided for the construction industry.
本发明公开了利用工业废渣钢渣替代天然砂制备混凝土的方法,将钢铁企业排出的废渣钢渣通过机械60‑80目筛的处理,游离氧化钙在5%,氧化镁在6%的材料,与天然石子、425水泥、水材料混合的重量比按每立方米混凝土为800‑825:1050‑1080:320‑330:175kg,制备成的钢渣混凝土产品;本发明单独用100%钢渣替代天然砂材料制备的钢渣混凝土产品,可以提高混凝土水化强度,并且适当能缩短混凝土的凝结时间,缩小碳化深度,提高抗冻性能,提高坍落度,损失小,抗氯离子渗透能力强,大量节约了天然砂资源,开发了废渣钢渣资源化利用,保护了生态环境不受污染和破坏,为建筑业提供了一种新的技术产品。
