Sulfonated styrene-maleic anhydride grafted polyether type shrinkage-reducing type polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent
The invention discloses a sulfonated styrene-maleic anhydride grafted polyether type shrinkage-reducing type polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent and a preparation method thereof. The water reducing agent is prepared by the following steps: preparing a styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer from a styrene monomer and maleic anhydride, preparing a sulfonated styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer fromthe styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer and a sulfonating agent monomer, and grafting a monomer C into the main chain of the sulfonated styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer through an esterification reaction, wherein one end of the monomer C is terminated by a straight-chain, branched-chain or cyclic alkyl group with 4-6 carbon atoms, the other end of the monomer C is terminated by a hydroxyl group,and the middle of the monomer C is a hydrophobic modified polyether chain segment. According to the invention, a modified polyether branched chain having hydrophobic terminal and capable of remarkablyreducing the surface tension of a pore solution and providing a steric hindrance effect is introduced, and a sulfonic group capable of improving the electronegativity of a main chain is introduced, so that the synthesized graft copolymer has a long branched chain capable of generating steric hindrance and a strong polar group, and the requirements of a high-performance water reducing agent with large water reduction and high slump loss resistance are met.
本发明公开了一种磺化苯乙烯‑马来酸酐接枝聚醚型减缩型聚羧酸减水剂及其制备方法。本发明所述减水剂首先由苯乙烯单体与马来酸酐制得苯乙烯‑马来酸酐共聚物,之后与磺化剂单体制得磺化苯乙烯马来酸酐共聚物,单体C通过酯化反应接枝到磺化苯乙烯马来酸酐共聚物主链中制得;所述单体C为一端以碳原子数为4‑6的直链、带支链或环状的烷基封端,另一端以羟基封端,中间为疏水改性聚醚链段。本发明引入可显著降低孔溶液表面张力及提供空间位阻效应的端疏水改性聚醚支链,引入能够提高主链电负性的磺酸基,使合成的接枝共聚物具有能产生空间位阻的长支链和强的极性基团,以实现大减水、高保坍的高性能减水剂的要求。

The invention discloses a sulfonated styrene-maleic anhydride grafted polyether type shrinkage-reducing type polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent and a preparation method thereof.
