Outer rotor motor gate
The invention relates to an outer rotor motor gate which comprises a gate mounting upper seat, a gate mounting lower seat, an inner stator, an outer rotor and a brake. The upper end and the lower endof the inner stator are arranged on the gate mounting upper base and the gate mounting lower base respectively; the outer rotor is rotationally arranged outside the inner stator in a sleeving mode; the outer rotor is in a long cylinder shape; the outer side face of the outer rotor is used for being connected with a gate; and the brake is arranged at the shaft end of the inner stator and located inthe outer rotor. The outer rotor motor is adopted, and the inner stator is fixed, which is used as a rotating fixed shaft. The outer rotor rotates to connect the gate. The brake is also integrated inside the outer rotor. The integration degree is high, components of the whole gate are completed by motor manufacturers and are uniformly assembled by the motor manufacturers, the error is small, theprecision is high, the efficiency is high, the installation workload of channel and gate manufacturers is reduced, and the installation percent of pass of the channel and gate manufacturers is greatlyimproved. As the outer rotor is directly connected with the gate, a gate shell and a gate shaft do not need to be arranged, and the size can be further compressed.
本发明涉及一种外转子电机闸机,包括闸机安装上座、闸机安装下座、内定子、外转子和刹车器,所述内定子上下两端分别设置在闸机安装上座和闸机安装下座上,所述外转子旋转套设在内定子外,所述外转子呈长筒状,外侧面用于连接闸门,刹车器设置在内定子的轴端,并位于外转子内。采用外转子电机,内定子固定,当作旋转固定轴,外转子旋转,用于连接闸门,刹车器还集成在外转子内部,一体化程度高,整个闸机的部件都在电机厂商完成,统一由电机厂商组装误差小,精度高,效率高,减少通道及闸机制造厂商安装的工作量,大幅提高通道及闸机制造厂商安装合格率;由于外转子直接连接闸门,不需要再设置闸机外壳和闸机轴,所以尺寸可以进一步压缩。
