The invention relates to an outer rotor motor direct-driven barrier gate device which comprises a rack assembly, a brake bar assembly, a motor assembly and an outer rotor assembly, wherein a main shaft is arranged on the rack assembly, and a rocker is fixedly arranged on the main shaft; the outer rotor assembly is connected with a connecting rod, one end of the connecting rod is rotatably connected with a crankshaft of the outer rotor assembly, and the other end of the connecting rod is rotatably connected with the rocker; and the outer rotor assembly drives the main shaft to rotate through the crankshaft, the connecting rod and the rocker so as to drive the brake bar assembly to carry out brake opening and closing movement. The debugging method of the outer rotor motor direct-driven barrier gate device comprises the steps that when gate opening debugging is performed till a brake bar is opened, the connecting rod, a fixing shaft and the crankshaft are located on the same straight line; and when gate closing debugging is performed till that the brake bar is closed, the connecting rod, the fixing shaft and the crankshaft are located on the same straight line. The main shaft rotates to drive the brake bar to open and close up and down, the transmission chain is short, the efficiency is higher, the service life is longer, and the overall operation reliability of the gate is improved.
