The invention relates to the technical field of engineering machinery, in particular to a cab disinfection system, a cab and an excavator. The cab disinfection system is used for carrying out disinfection on the interior of the cab and comprises a disinfection mechanism and an air supply mechanism which are connected with each other; the air supply mechanism is used for generating airflow, the airflow is input into the cab after being disinfected by the disinfection mechanism, and therefore infectivity biological factors cannot enter the cab from door and window gaps; and meanwhile, in order to prevent the infectivity biological factors from remaining in the cab when people get on and off a vehicle, disinfection treatment can be conducted on the interior of the cab.
