The flexible flow intercepting device is simple in structure, has a flow intercepting function and is wide in application range, both the rubber sleeve and the outer shell are adopted integrated structures, physical partition is conducted through the partition parts, the two pressurizing cavities are presented, the rubber sleeve adopts an integrated structure, the manufacturing process is simple, winding is easy, the manufacturing cost is low, and the process is simple.
