The invention relates to a concrete preparation and maintenance method. The equipment comprises a supporting side plate, a driving motor, a positioning mechanism, a walking mechanism, a watering mechanism and a water tank, a driving motor is mounted on one side of the supporting side plate through a motor fixing frame; an output shaft of the driving motor penetrates through the supporting side plate; a walking mechanism is arranged on the other side of the supporting side plate; a positioning mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the supporting side plate; a water tank is arranged on one sideof the supporting side plate and located over the walking mechanism. A watering mechanism is arranged at the interval of the two supporting side plates; ball sleeves are embedded into one side of therubber block at equal intervals; balls are installed in the ball sleeves; and inverted triangular grooves are formed in the other side of the rubber block at equal intervals, U-shaped sliding rails are symmetrically arranged on the inclined faces of the inverted triangular grooves, a connecting base is fixed to the bottom of the supporting side plate through bolts, shaft forks are arranged on oneside of the connecting base at equal intervals, and shaft rods are inserted into the ends of the shaft forks.
