The invention belongs to the technical field of cement production, and particularly relates to a cement production process, which comprises the following steps: 1, adding water into raw materials, andgrinding into raw slurry; 2, stirring and homogenizing the raw slurry; 3, calcining the uniformly stirred raw slurry to form a mature material; and 4, cooling the clinker, and packaging. The step 2 is completed by matching a slurry stirring tank, and the slurry stirring tank comprises an outer tank body and an inner tank body; a reciprocating motor is mounted on a top plate of the outer tank bodyand connected with a telescopic shaft; a square column is mounted at the bottom of the telescopic shaft; a rotating shaft is arranged at the bottom of the square column; an upper baffle ring and a lower baffle ring are mounted on the inner side wall of the outer tank body; a limiting ring is mounted on the outer side wall of the inner tank body; a stirring mechanism and a conveying mechanism aremounted on the square column, and a scraping mechanism is mounted on the rotating shaft. When the cement production process is used for stirring and homogenizing the slurry, the stirring uniformity isimproved, and the slurry is prevented from being attached to the inner side wall of the inner tank body in the discharging process.
