The invention discloses a novel cement production process. The novel cement production process comprises the following steps of: S1, preparing raw materials including limestone, slag, sandstone and shale raw materials; S2, proportioning: preparing a stock bin, and putting the raw materials into the stock bin according to the mass ratio of limestone to slag to sandstone to shale being (50-60): (15-20): (6-10): (15-20); S3, crushing: preparing a crusher, putting the materials in the stock bin into the crusher at a constant speed and carrying out mixing and crushing to obtain crushed materials; and S4, grinding: preparing a grinding machine, putting the crushed materials into the grinding machine for primary grinding treatment to obtain powder. According to the design, the preparation processof the cement is fully simplified, raw materials with low cost such as slag are reasonably utilized, the cement raw materials are fully mixed in the pretreatment process, a cement finished product with small particles is prepared after processing treatment, the production cost is reduced, and the preparation process is suitable for popularization and production.
本发明公开了一种新型的水泥生产工艺,包括以下步骤:步骤S1:原料准备:石灰石、矿渣、砂岩和页岩原料;步骤S2:配料配比:准备料仓,按照质量配比石灰石:矿渣:砂岩:页岩为(50~60):(15~20):(6~10):(15~20)的比例投放原料至料仓中;步骤S3:破碎:准备破碎机,将料仓中的物料匀速投放到破碎机中进行混合粉碎,得到碎料;步骤S4:研磨:准备研磨机,将碎料投放到研磨机内进行初步研磨处理,得到粉料。本发明设计充分简化水泥的制备工序,合理利用矿渣等成本低的原料,并将水泥原料在预处理过程中即开始混合充分,经过加工处理后制得颗粒较小的水泥成品,降低生产成本,适合推广生产。
