The invention relates to the field of cement, in particular to a cement production process. The waste raw materials can be used for preparing the cement. A cement production process comprises the following steps: (A) taking waste raw materials containing calcium oxide, silicon dioxide, aluminum oxide and ferric oxide by weight, pre-crushing, and then putting the waste raw materials into a raw material mill for grinding to form a mixture; (B) putting the mixture into a raw material bin, introducing air into the raw material bin, increasing the pressure in the raw material bin, and stirring to form a blended raw material; (C) adding the blended raw material into a suspension type preheater for preheating, and introducing the preheated blended raw material into a rotary kiln for heating to form clinker; (D) cooling the clinker in a cooling machine; and (E) adding the cooled clinker into a crusher for pre-crushing, adding gypsum into the crushed clinker, simultaneously adding the gypsum and the pre-crushed clinker into grinding equipment, grinding into powder, and stirring to form the cement.
