Novel wet extrusion ceramic tile production and manufacturing process
The invention belongs to the technical field of ceramic tile production, and particularly relates to a novel wet extrusion ceramic tile production and manufacturing process which comprises the following steps: S100, ceramic tile raw materials are prepared; S200, forming is conducted; S300, drying/biscuiting is carried out; S400, surface decoration is conducted; S500, firing is carried out; and S600, later-period cold machining is conducted. According to the ceramic tile production process disclosed by the invention, the current traditional method of pressing and forming by using a semi-dry powder material is fundamentally changed, and blank making is carried out by using a vacuum extrusion forming method; therefore, a series of changes are brought to front-end raw material preparation, rear-end drying, sintering and other process links of the whole ceramic tile production process flow; due to the change of the forming method, product forms of ceramic tiles are enriched, the applicationrange of the ceramic tiles is expanded, and the product quality of the ceramic tiles is improved; meanwhile, the process can also be compatible with most of existing production equipment, and a formula system of the ceramic raw materials is not greatly changed, so that the conversion cost of an enterprise from an existing process to a new process can be reduced.
本发明属于瓷砖生产技术领域,尤其为一种新型湿法挤出瓷砖生产制造工艺,包括以下步骤:S100:瓷砖原料制备;S200:成型;S300:干燥/素烧;S400:表面装饰;S500:烧成;S600:后期冷加工。本发明的瓷砖生产工艺,从根本上改变了当前传统的使用半干粉料压制成型的方法,而使用真空挤压成型的方法进行制坯;由此对瓷砖的整个生产工艺流程的前端的原料制备和后端的干燥,烧结等工艺环节带来一系列的改变;由于成型方法的改变,丰富了瓷砖的产品形态,扩大了瓷砖的使用范围,提高了瓷砖的产品品质;同时,本发明也可以兼容大部分现有生产装备,并对陶瓷原料的配方体系不做大的变动,这样可以降低企业从现有工艺迁移到新工艺的转换成本。
