Ultra-white ceramic tile manufacturing process
The invention aims to provide the ultra-white ceramic tile manufacturing process capable of reducing the production cost. The method comprises a green brick manufacturing process and a green brick glazing process which are carried out in sequence, and the green brick manufacturing process comprises the following steps: A, raw material proportioning: adding raw materials into a trough of a ball mill, adding water and a coagulant, stirring, standing for a period of time, removing suspended matters on the water surface, and discharging a proper amount of water, mixing the raw materials and the water according to a set ratio; b, ball-milling the raw materials: adding a whitening agent, stirring, and ball-milling the raw materials into slurry of which the fineness is 200-250 meshes and the water content is 25-35%; c, spray drying: conveying the slurry to a drying tower for spray granulation to obtain powder with the water content of 3%-4%; and D, powder forming, wherein the powder is conveyed to a pressing machine to be pressed, and after a green body is formed, the green brick glazing procedure is conducted. The method is applied to the technical field of building ceramic production.
本发明旨在提供一种能够降低生产成本的超白瓷砖制造工艺。本发明包括依次进行的砖坯制造工序和砖坯施釉工序,所述砖坯制造工序包括以下步骤:A.原料配比:将原料加入球磨机的料槽中,再加入水和混凝剂进行搅拌,静置一段时间后,清除水面上的悬浮物以及排出适量的水,使原料和水按设定的配比混合;B.原料球磨:加入增白剂进行搅拌后,将原料球磨成细度为200‑250目筛并且含水量为25%‑35%的料浆;C.喷雾干燥:将料浆输送至干燥塔进行喷雾造粒,得到含水量为3%‑4%的粉料;D.粉料成型:将粉料输送至压机进行压制,形成坯体后再进行砖坯施釉工序。本发明应用于建筑陶瓷生产技术领域。
