The invention discloses a telescopic screed and a paver. The telescopic screed comprises a base section screed, a left first telescopic section screed, a right first telescopic section screed, a leftsecond telescopic section screed and a right second telescopic section screed, the left first telescopic section screed and the right first telescopic section screed are respectively connected with the base section screed through a left first telescopic guide mechanism and a right first telescopic guide mechanism and can transversely move relative to the base section screed; and the telescopicscreed further comprises a left second telescopic guide mechanism and a right second telescopic guide mechanism, and the left second telescopic guide mechanism and the right second telescopic guide mechanism are transversely and slidably connected with the left first telescopic guide mechanism and the right first telescopic guide mechanism correspondingly. According to the telescopic screed, the widthof the telescopic screed reaches three times of the basic width when the telescopic screed completely stretches out, so that the requirement for large-width paving can be met only through stretchingout and drawing back of the screed without disassembling and assembling a lengthened section, and the construction convenience is remarkably improved.
