The invention discloses a telescopic screed, a paver and a telescopic control method. The telescopic screed comprises a basic section screed, a first telescopic section screed, a second telescopic section screed, a first telescopic driver, a second telescopic driver, a first front baffle connected with the basic section screed, a second front baffle connected with the first front baffle and a control system. The first front baffle plate and the first telescopic section screed plate move synchronously, and the second front baffle plate and the second telescopic section screed plate move synchronously. According to the telescopic control method, the first telescopic section screed plate is preferentially stretched out and drawn back, the second telescopic section screed plate is stretched out and drawn back after it is detected that the first telescopic section screed plate cannot continue stretching out and drawing back, the stretching amount of the second telescopic section is reduced as much as possible, and therefore the amount of paving materials brought by the second front baffle is reduced; and the condition that the ironing plate is blocked due to accumulation of paving materials on the inner side of the first front baffle is reduced.
