Concrete beam web reinforcing device and reinforcing method
The application relates to a concrete beam body web reinforcing device and reinforcing method. The concrete beam body web reinforcing device comprises a bearing beam and a plurality of prestressed tendons arranged at intervals. The bearing beam is used for being arranged on a beam body bottom plate, wherein the length of the bearing beam extends in the transverse bridge direction; one end of eachprestressed tendon is anchored to the bearing beam to tension the bearing beam to apply vertical pressure stress to the beam body, and the other end of each prestressed tendon is used for penetratingthrough the beam body from the beam body bottom plate to the beam body top plate and anchored to the beam body top plate. The prestressed tendons penetrate through the beam body and are anchored withthe bearing beam below the beam body bottom plate ; the vertical pressure stress is applied to the beam body by tensioning the bearing beam. According to the application, reinforcement is carried outin a manner of applying the vertical pressure stress; the reinforcing structure belongs to the field of active reinforcement in the aspect of action principle, due to active force application of the post-reinforcement material, the stress state of an original beam body is improved, oblique and horizontal cracks of a concrete beam body web are prevented from continuing to increase and even =the cracks are closed completely, the defect of strain lag of the post-reinforcement material is overcome, and the utilization rate of the post-reinforcement material is increased.
本申请涉及混凝土梁体腹板的加固装置及加固方法,其包括承载梁、多根间隔布置的预应力筋,承载梁用于设于梁体底板,且承载梁的长度沿横桥向延伸;预应力筋一端锚固于承载梁上,以张拉承载梁对梁体施加竖向压应力,另一端用于自梁体底板到梁体顶板贯穿梁体,并锚固于梁体顶板。本申请将预应力筋贯穿梁体,并与梁体底板下的承载梁锚固,通过张拉承载梁以对梁体施加竖向压应力,本申请采用施加竖向压应力的方式进行加固补强,从作用原理上讲属于主动加固范畴,由于后加补强材料主动施力,改善了原梁体的受力状态,阻止混凝土梁体腹板斜向、水平向裂缝继续增大甚至使裂缝完全闭合,解决了后加补强材料“应变滞后”弊端,提高后加补强材料利用率。
