The invention provides a suspension type slip form for a second-stage concrete lining of a gate slot and a construction method. The slip form comprises a working platform, wherein forms are supportedand mounted on two sides of the working platform through adjusting screw rods correspondingly, lifting power devices are fixedly mounted at four corners of the bottom of the working platform correspondingly, the lifting power devices are connected with suspension pull rods, the top ends of the suspension pull rods are connected with suspension rings fixed to the bottom of a sealing disc, the sealing disc is installed at the top of a gate hoistway in a supported mode, and a concrete conveying system used for pouring is installed between the sealing disc and the working platform.
