Gate slot second-stage concrete self-climbing slip form pouring system and construction method
The invention discloses a gate slot second-stage concrete self-climbing slip form pouring system and a construction method thereof. The slip form pouring system comprises a slip form main truss system, a lifting system, a template system and a feeding system, wherein the lifting system comprises four groups of steel strands which are symmetrically arranged and suspended along the transverse section of s gate slot, the top ends of the steel strands are anchored and suspended through fixing devices arranged on the top surface of the gate slot and penetrates through jacks which climbs upwards along the steel strands in one direction, and the jacks are inversely fixed on the bottom surface of a main truss and is symmetrically arranged along the center of the main truss. The construction methodcomprises the steps of manufacturing and pouring construction of a slip form main truss, a formwork, feeding and other systems, slip form lifting and the like. According to the slip form pouring system, the jacks are inversely fixed to the bottom of the main truss and lifted upwards in one direction, the jacks are effectively prevented from sliding down and falling, and disassembly and maintenance are convenient; and the steel strands are used as a slip form support to be hung and fixed in the gate slot, installation and arrangement are convenient and reliable, and the system has the advantages of continuous pouring, simplified procedures, few construction intervals, low labor intensity, high construction efficiency, safety and reliability.
本发明公开了门槽二期混凝土自爬升滑模浇筑系统及其施工方法。包括滑模主桁架系统、提升系统、模板系统和入料系统;提升系统包括沿门槽横向断面对称布置悬挂的四组钢绞线,各钢绞线顶端通过门槽顶面设置的固定装置锚固悬挂并穿过沿钢绞线单向向上爬升的千斤顶,各千斤顶均倒置固定于主桁架底面并沿主桁架中心对称布置;施工方法包括:滑模主桁架、模板、入料等系统制作及,浇筑施工、滑模提升等步骤。本发明系统千斤顶倒置固定在主桁架底部单方向向上提升,有效防止千斤顶下滑、坠落,便于拆卸维护;采用钢绞线作为滑模支撑垂吊固定在门槽内,安装设置方便可靠,具有浇筑连续、工序简化、施工间歇少、劳动强度低、施工效率高、安全可靠的优点。
