The invention belongs to the technical field of water conservancy projects and geotechnical engineering, and discloses vacuum preloading, anatonosis and curing combined treatment equipment and methodfor dredging sludge. Through a flocculation effect of added magnesium oxide and gas injection anatonosis, vacuum preloading drainage efficiency is improved, and a treatment effect is improved. In addition, carbonization gases are injected to enable the added magnesium oxide to generate curing reaction to further improve the strength of a soil mass. The vacuum preloading drainage, the anatonosis and carbonation curing can be realized through a horizontal drainage board, i.e., one board has multiple purposes to lower construction cost, and processing efficiency is improved. In the invention, thevacuum preloading drainage, the anatonosis and the curing are simultaneously and continuously carried out at intervals, in addition, multiple times of construction are not required, so that operationis convenient and can be easily implemented, processing efficiency is greatly improved, and construction cost is saved. In addition, since gas injection carbonation construction time is controllable,the problem that drainage efficiency is quickly lowered since the vacuum preloading drainage and the curing are simultaneously carried out is avoided.
