According to the method and the structure, by arranging the soil retaining and water collecting device, the boundary is fresh, shrub and turf transition is natural, no unhidden drainage ditch exists, the landscape effect is good, the phenomenon of soil sliding on a slopingfield is avoided, the stability is good, in the watering process, the shrub planting soil cannot influence the terrain and the growth of turf at a joint due to scouring, an edge turning mode is favorable for stopping water flow and improving the rainwater runoff infiltration effect, rainwater is collected through the corrugated pipe, the effects of collecting rainwater and saving resources are achieved, and the effect of green land construction of sponge cities in cities is achieved.
