The invention relates to an anchor plate for construction and installation. The anchor plate aims at solving the problems that an existing anchor plate is connected with a connecting part in a weldinginstallation manner, so that the connecting part is inconvenient to install. The anchor plate for construction and installation comprises an anchor plate body. A sinking connecting portion is arranged in the circumferential direction of the anchor plate body, and concrete force bearing connecting points are arranged on the sinking connecting portion. Multiple installation holes for installing theconnecting part through bolts are arranged on the anchor plate body, and the installation holes comprise bolt head holes and screw hole sections. The screw hole sections are long-strip-shaped holes,the long-strip-shaped holes are matched with screws of the bolts, the bolt head holes are matched with bolt heads of the bolts, and one ends of the screw hole sections communicate with the middles ofthe bolt head holes. Multiple spaced bolt head grooves are formed in the positions, on the screw hole sections, of the back face of the anchor plate body, the bolt head grooves and the bolt head holesare formed at intervals, and the centers of the bolt head grooves are located on the symmetric lines of the screw hole sections.
