To provide a column mounting plate installation anchor and a column mounting plate installation method that can firmly install a column mounting plate in which a column can be attached and detached in the ground.SOLUTION: A column mounting plate installation anchor 10 having a flange portion 11 for fixing a column mounting plate in which a column can be attached and detached on an upper surface and a leg portion 12 extending downward from the flange portion 11 is used to form a vertical hole for inserting the leg portion 12 in the ground, form a recessed portion for accommodating the flange portion 11 in a ground surface portion around the vertical hole, fill an anchor fixation material in the vertical hole and the recessed portion, fix the column mounting plate installation anchor 10 in the ground by inserting the leg portion in the vertical hole and accommodating the flange portion in the recessed portion, and fix the column mounting plate to the flange portion 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
