The embodiment of the invention discloses a wallboard manufacturing method. The method comprises the following steps that a first substrate is stamped through a mold, and groove position parts arranged in an array mode are stamped on the first substrate; in addition, the mold penetrates through the side walls of the groove position parts to form bayonets and barbs extending outwards along the edges of the bayonets; a second substrate is stamped through the mold, protruding parts arranged in an array mode are stamped on the second substrate, and protruding protruding block parts are formed on the surfaces of the protruding parts correspondingly. When the protruding parts are pressed into the groove position parts correspondingly, the protruding block parts are pressed into the bayonets correspondingly, and the barbs abut against the protruding block parts correspondingly, a panel is fixed with the second substrate, and the panel is fixed to the side, opposite to the side where the protruding parts are formed, of the second substrate.
