The invention firstly discloses a production method of a composite wallboard. The production method comprises the following steps: S1, respectively producing an ALC module and a concrete laminate according to preset specifications and dimensions; and S2, at least one ALC module is pasted on one concrete laminate through connecting mortar, so that the composite wallboard with the ALC layer and the concrete layer at the same time is formed, and in addition, the invention further provides the composite wallboard produced according to the method. The method has the advantages that the composite wallboard produced through the method fully combines the superior characteristics of an ALC wallboard and a concrete wallboard, the advantages of the ALC wallboard and the concrete wallboard are complementary, the compressive strength and the heat preservation effect of the wallboard are effectively improved, the self weight is light, the wallboard can be conveniently and rapidly applied to fabricated buildings, the construction time is saved, and the construction cost is reduced.
