Special-shaped fair-faced concrete structural steel formwork and construction method thereof
The invention provides a special-shaped fair-faced concrete structural steel formwork and a construction method thereof. The special-shaped fair-faced concrete structural steel formwork comprises upper support formwork units, a lower vest formwork unit, an adjustable horizontal connecting rod and flat-plate vibrators, wherein each formwork unit comprises a steel framework surface layer and a reinforcing layer which are in welded connection; the flat-plate vibrators are attached to the reinforcing layers of the steel formwork; the adjacent formwork units are connected by a bolt; and the adjustable horizontal connecting rod is used for connecting the upper formwork units and adjusting the angle. The combined formwork meets the strength, rigidity and stability of the formwork as well as the appearance requirements of special-shaped fair-faced concrete; meanwhile the intelligent and industrialized processing and manufacturing method of the combined formwork also improves the construction efficiency and construction accuracy; in addition, the formwork units, the adjustable horizontal connecting rod and the flat-plate vibrators are fixedly connected by bolts; the special-shaped fair-faced concrete structural steel formwork is convenient to transport, and improves the turnover efficiency; and the installation and disassembly of the combined formwork are also facilitated.
