Arc-shaped fair-faced concrete veneer formwork system and construction technology thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of veneer formworks, and discloses an arc-shaped fair-faced concrete veneer formwork system and a construction technology thereof.The construction technology comprises the following steps that firstly, revit is used for conducting BIM modeling to establish a supporting system model, bearing capacity calculation is conducted, and after the bearing capacity reaches the standard, a wood structure arch truss jig frame is combined with a full framing to conduct construction; a single steel pipe is laid in a top support to serve as a main keel after the full framing is erected, and then battens with the interval of 100 mm are laid on the projection plane of an arc-shaped plate, namely the steel pipe to serve as a construction operation platform and a supporting platform; thirdly, arc-shaped supporting plates are installed, specifically, the arc-shaped supporting plates with the corresponding radian specifications are machined through a formwork and installed perpendicular to the arc-shaped formwork, and the arc-shaped supporting plates are arranged at the interval of 2 m; the wooden arch truss jig frame is made of short battens between a formwork reinforcing back ridge and a full framing below the formwork reinforcing back ridge to serve as a force transmission system, the short battens are adopted in the middle of the truss jig frame to serve as web members, and formworks are adopted on the two sides of the truss jig frame to make triangular webs to enhance stress; and the second layer is made of a 3mm plywood.
本发明涉及饰面板模板技术领域,且公开了一种弧形清水混凝土饰面板模板体系及其施工工艺,包括以下步骤:步骤一、使用revit进行BIM建模建立支撑体系模型,进行承载力计算,达标后将木结构拱形桁架胎架结合满堂架对其建设;步骤二、堂架搭设:在满堂架搭设完成后于顶托内铺设单钢管作主龙骨,后在弧形板投影面即钢管上铺设间隔100mm的木方作为施工操作平台和支撑平台;步骤三、弧形支撑板安装:使用模板加工出相应弧度规格的弧形支撑板,垂直于弧形模板安装,间隔2m布置;步骤四、木制拱形桁架胎架制作:模板加固背楞和下方满堂架间采用短木方制作木制拱形桁架胎架作为传力体系,桁架胎架中部采用短木方作腹杆,两侧采用模板制作三角腹板增强受力,步骤五、铺板铺设,第一层采用15mm竹胶板,第二层采用3mm宝丽板。
