The invention discloses high-strength self-compacting concrete and a preparation method thereof, relates to the technical field of concrete, and solves the problem that the whole concrete is cracked due to the fact that sulfate ions easily erode the concrete, and the high-strength self-compacting concrete comprises the following components in parts by weight: 420-460 parts of a cement raw material; 58 to 62 parts of mineral powder; 50 to 60 parts of fly ash; 850 to 860 parts of medium sand; 850-860 parts of a crushed stone raw material; 9-11 parts of a water reducing agent; 140 to 145 parts ofwater; 3-6 parts of magnesium fluosilicate; and 12-18 parts of a filling reinforcing material. The high-strength self-compacting concrete provided by the invention has good and stable sulfate ion corrosion resistance, and is not easy to crack as a whole when being applied to regions with higher sulfate ion content.
本发明公开了一种高强度自密实混凝土及其制备方法,涉及混凝土技术领域,解决了因硫酸盐离子容易对混凝土造成侵蚀,而导致混凝土整体出现开裂的问题,其中,一种高强度自密实混凝土,包括如下重量份数的组分:水泥原料420‑460份;矿粉58‑62份;粉煤灰50‑60份;中砂850‑860份;碎石原料850‑860份;减水剂9‑11份;水140‑145份;氟硅酸镁3‑6份;填充强化料12‑18份。本发明中的高强度自密实混凝土具有良好稳定的抗硫酸盐离子侵蚀能力,且在硫酸盐离子含量较高的地域应用时,整体不易产生开裂。
