High-strength self-compacting concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses high-strength self-compacting concrete which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 90-220 parts of cement, 280-490 parts of sand, 350-620 parts of gravel, 33-70 parts of fly ash, 40-135 parts of water, 1.5-3.2 parts of a water reducing agent, 3.5-8.5 parts of silicon powder, 0.4-0.8 parts of tricalcium aluminate hydrate powder and 80-170 parts ofaggregate. The preparation method is simple and easy to operate. By adding the water reducing agent and a certain amount of active mineral admixture, the newly mixed concrete has good workability, cement concrete with high strength and high compactness is formed after hardening, the slump of the cement concrete is 170 mm or above, and the porosity of the cement concrete is 8% or below.
本发明公开了一种高强度自密实混凝土,其原料按重量份包括以下组分:水泥90‑220份,砂子280‑490份,碎石350‑620份,粉煤灰33‑70份,水40‑135份,减水剂1.5‑3.2份,硅粉3.5‑8.5份,水化铝酸三钙粉0.4‑0.8份,集料80‑170份。本发明制备方法简单,操作容易;通过该依靠添加减水剂和一定数量的活性矿物掺合料,使新拌合的混凝土具有良好的工作性,并在硬化后形成具有高强高密实性能的水泥混凝土,水泥混凝土坍落度均在170mm以上,孔隙率均在8%以下。
