The invention discloses high-strength self-compacting concrete and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of high-strength concrete. The concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 90 to 120 parts of cement, 10 to 40 parts of phosphorus slag powder, 200 to 400 parts of coarse aggregate, 60 to 80 parts of fly ash microspheres, 750 to 800 parts of machine-made sand, 5 to 12 parts of glass powder, 5 to 20 parts of modified lignin fiber, 4 to 15 parts of silicon dioxide aerogel, 5 to 10 parts of water reducing agent and 100 to 200 parts of water. The invention also provides a preparation method of the concrete. The fly ash microspheres, the glass powder, the modified lignin fibers and the like are added into the concrete, so that the cement consumption is reduced, the concrete with relatively high comprehensive performance is obtained, and the problems of relatively high cement consumption, insufficient strength, easiness in cracking and the like in the prior art are effectively solved.
