The invention discloses a preparation method and application of a building product based on power plant solid waste and carbon dioxide. The preparation method of the building product based on the solid waste of the power plant and the carbon dioxide comprises the following steps: 1) preparing a mixture: stirring the solid waste of the power plant as a main raw material into the mixture; 2) preparing an immediate release product: pressing and molding the mixture obtained in the step 1) to obtain the immediate release product; and 3) gelling and hardening the immediate demoulding product: carrying out initial hydration and rapid carbonization on the immediate demoulding product obtained in the step 2) to carry out gelling and hardening, so as to obtain the building product. According to theinvention, the problems of solid waste and carbon emission are solved by integrating power plant solid waste conversion and carbon dioxide utilization; and power plant solid waste mainly containing fly ash is completely converted into a novel clean building material product under the condition that secondary solid waste is not generated, so that the environmental influence of solid waste and carbon emission is reduced, and meanwhile, the consumption of a traditional cement-based material is reduced.
本发明公开了一种基于电厂固废和二氧化碳的建筑制品的制备方法和用途。本发明的基于电厂固废和二氧化碳的建筑制品的制备方法，包括如下步骤：1)拌合物的制备：以电厂固废为主要原料搅拌成拌合物；2)即刻脱模制品的制备：将步骤1)得到的拌合物压制成型得到即刻脱模制品；3)即刻脱模制品的胶凝和硬化：将步骤2)得到的即刻脱模制品经初始水化和快速碳化而胶凝硬化，得到所述建筑制品。本发明通过融合电厂固废转化和二氧化碳利用为一体的方式解决固废和碳排放的问题，并在不产生二次固废的情况下将以粉煤灰为主的电厂固废完全转化为新型清洁建材制品，以降低固废和碳排放的环境影响并同时减少传统水泥基材料的消耗。
