The invention belongs to the technical field of ceramic forming, and particularly relates to a method for preparing a large-size ceramic material through gel casting. The preparation method comprisesthe following steps: (1) preparing a premixed solution, namely mixing water, a monomer, a cross-linking agent and a dispersing agent, stirring and dissolving to obtain the premixed solution; (2) preparing ceramic slurry: uniformly mixing the ceramic powder fine material, the granular aggregate and the premix liquid according to a mass ratio of 60:40-96:4 to obtain the slurry; (3) adding a catalystand an initiator: adding the catalyst and the initiator into the slurry, and uniformly mixing; (4) transferring the slurry obtained in the step (3) into a mold, curing, cooling, demolding and dryingto obtain a ceramic biscuit; and (5) ceramic firing: sintering the ceramic biscuit. By adopting the method, large-particle raw materials are stably and uniformly dispersed in the ceramic slurry, and the product is free of deformation and cracking, uniform in texture and high in density.
本发明属于陶瓷成型技术领域,具体涉及一种凝胶注模成型制备大尺寸陶瓷材料的方法。包括以下步骤:(1)预混液配制:将水、单体、交联剂和分散剂混合,搅拌溶解,得到预混液;(2)陶瓷浆料制备:将陶瓷粉体细料、颗粒骨料和预混液混合均匀,得到浆料,其中,陶瓷粉体细料、颗粒骨料与预混液的质量比为60:40‑96:4;(3)加入催化剂和引发剂:向浆料中加入催化剂和引发剂,混合均匀;(4)将步骤(3)得到的浆料转移到模具中,固化,冷却后脱模干燥,得到陶瓷素坯;(5)陶瓷烧成:陶瓷素坯烧结。采用该方法实现了大颗粒原料稳定均匀分散于陶瓷浆料中,产品无变形和开裂,质地均匀,致密度高。
