Process for preparing ceramic rear cover through gel casting
The invention discloses a process for preparing a ceramic rear cover by gel casting. The preparation process comprises the following steps: preparing raw materials: modified zirconium oxide ceramic powder, a monomer, a cross-linking agent, a dispersing agent, a sintering aid, an initiator, a catalyst and a solvent; putting the modified zirconia ceramic powder, the monomer, the cross-linking agent,the dispersing agent and the solvent into a ball mill, and carrying out ball milling to obtain mixed slurry; adding an initiator and a catalyst into the mixed slurry, and carrying out vacuum defoaming to obtain ceramic slurry; injecting the ceramic slurry into a mold, standing, demolding and drying to obtain a ceramic mobile phone rear cover green body; and placing the ceramic mobile phone rear cover green body in a punching machine, and punching to obtain a ceramic mobile phone rear cover punching blank. The process has the beneficial effects that the ceramic rear cover is prepared through gel casting, so that the prepared ceramic rear cover is more uniform; the use of the modified zirconium oxide ceramic powder is helpful to increase the strength of the prepared ceramic rear cover; andthe preparation process is simplified, the efficiency is improved, and good market popularization value is achieved.
