The invention relates to a deviation correcting construction method for a wedge block of an inclined pile in the field of inclined pile deviation correction in civil engineering field. The method primarily comprises the following steps of placing the wedge block composed of a back plate (2) and a panel (3) in a nearby soil body on the side of inclination direction of the inclined pile (1); by taking a passive soil pressure of the soil body as a counter-force, pushing the inclined pile (1) to move in a direction, deviated from the inclination direction, by the panel (2); carrying out deviationcorrection and resetting on the inclined pile (1); and when the wedge block is placed in the soil body, carrying out a sealing bag (4) to be placed in the soil body, injecting a fluid into the sealingbag (4), and controlling the deviation amount of the inclined pile (1) by injecting the fluid. The method can correct deviation of the inclined pile quickly and can ensure that the inclined pile in the deviation correcting process is prevented from being subjected to a horizontal centralized force, so that secondary damage of the inclined pile such as breakage in the deviation correcting processcan be avoided and the cost is low.
