Modified carbon nanotube reinforced and toughened geopolymer and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a modified carbon nanotube reinforced and toughened geopolymer which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of metakaolin, 35-80 parts of an excitant, 0.1-0.9 part of modified carbon nanotubes and 0.03-0.3 part of a dispersing agent. According to the invention, the geopolymer is modified by adopting the modified carbon nanotubes, the modified carbon nanotubes can effectively fill harmful holes of the geopolymer, hydroxyl or carboxyl in the modified carbon nanotubes can undergo a hydrolytic polycondensation reaction with Si-OH and Al-OH generated before a polycondensation reaction of the geopolymer to form Si-O-Si or Si-O-Al bonding action, so that effective combination of the carbon nanotube and the geopolymer is achieved. According to the present invention, the geopolymer provides the bridging effect in the polymer network structure, and the interface in the material is increased so as to improve the surface energy of the matrix and prevent the generation and the expansion of the crack, such that the geopolymer strength is improved.
本发明涉及一种改性碳纳米管增强增韧地聚合物,由以下重量份原料制备而成:偏高岭土100份,激发剂35‑80份,改性碳纳米管0.1‑0.9份,分散剂0.03‑0.3份。本发明采用改性碳纳米管对地聚合物进行改性,改性碳钠米管不但能够有效地填充地聚合物的有害孔,而且改性碳钠米管中羟基或羧基可与地聚合物缩聚反应前产生的Si‑OH和Al‑OH发生水解缩聚反应,形成Si‑O‑Si或Si‑O‑Al键合作用,达到碳钠米管与地聚合物的有效结合;并在聚合物网状结构中起到桥接作用,且材料中界面增加从而提高基体的表面能,阻止了裂纹的产生与扩展,使得地聚合物强度提高,产品附加值高,强度高、韧性好、耐高温性能好。
