High-water-reducing-ratio low-loss water reducing agent containing polyether phosphate monomer
The invention relates to a high-water-reducing-ratio low-loss water reducing agent containing a polyether phosphate monomer. The polyether phosphate monomer is prepared according to a method comprising the following steps: adding 200 parts by mass of a polyether macromonomer into a reaction device, carrying out heating to 60-70 DEG C, slowly adding 10-20 parts of phosphorus pentoxide in batches after the polyether macromonomer is molten, carrying out heating to 80-85 DEG C, adding a catalyst, keeping the temperature for 4 +/- 1 hours, adding 1-5 parts by mass of deionized water, and keeping atemperature 90 +/- 5 DEG C for 3 +/- 1 hours. The high-water-reduction-ratio low-loss water reducing agent containing the polyether phosphate monomer is prepared by subjecting the polyether phosphatemonomer, unsaturated carboxylic acid and an unsaturated functional monomer to a polymerization reaction and then carrying out a neutralization reaction on a polymerization reaction product and liquidcaustic soda. The water reducing agent still has the advantages of low mixing amount, high water reducing rate, small slump time-dependent loss and good workability when used under the condition of high mud content of a gravel material.
本发明涉及一种含聚醚磷酸酯单体的高减水低损失减水剂,所述聚醚磷酸酯单体按照以下方法制备得到:按质量份计,将200份聚醚大单体加入到反应装置中,加热至60‑70℃,待聚醚大单体熔融后分批次缓慢加入10‑20份五氧化二磷,将温度升至80‑85℃,加入催化剂,保温4±1h,再加入1‑5份去离子水,90±5℃下保温3±1h。所述含聚醚磷酸酯单体的高减水低损失减水剂是由包含所述聚醚磷酸酯单体与不饱和羧酸和不饱和功能单体,发生聚合反应,之后与液碱发生中和反应,制备得到,其在砂石材料含泥量大的情况下使用,仍具有掺量低、减水率高、坍落度经时损失小、和易性好优点。
