Expansive soil cutting structure and construction method thereof
The invention discloses an expansive soil cutting structure and a construction method thereof. The structure comprises a three-span one-connection pile plate structure, a low-density foam light soil cushion layer, a pile soil zero-friction device and cutting longitudinal water seepage and drainage systems. Longitudinal water seepage and drainage systems are arranged on the two sides of a cutting;the influence of environmental hydrological conditions on expansive soil within the cutting width range is reduced; particularly, a layer of low-density foam light soil is paved at the bottom of the bearing platform plate, the bottom of the joist and the side surface area; the characteristic of low strength of the low-density foam light soil is utilized; the low-density foam light soil serves as abottom die in the pile plate construction period, the principle that crushing is prone to occurring under the action of expansive force of expansive soil in the line operation period is adopted, theupward expansion amount of the expansive soil is digested, and therefore the problem that due to the expansive soil expansion effect, a high-speed railway line upheaves, and line smoothness is deteriorated is solved.
本发明公开了一种膨胀土路堑结构及其施工方法,包括三跨一联的桩板结构、低密度泡沫轻质土垫层、桩土零摩擦力装置和路堑纵向渗排水系统组成,本发明在路堑两侧设置纵向渗排水系统,减小环境水文条件对路堑宽度范围内膨胀土的影响,尤其在承台板底部、托梁底部及侧面的区域铺设一层低密度泡沫轻质土,利用低密度泡沫轻质土具有低强度的特点,在桩板结构施工期间作为底模,以及在线路运营期间在膨胀土膨胀力作用下易产生压溃的原理,消化膨胀土向上的膨胀量,从而解决膨胀土膨胀作用导致高速铁路线路隆起恶化线路平顺性的问题。
