The invention discloses a vacuum pre-pressing device and belongs to the technical field of soft soil foundation treatment. The vacuum pre-pressing device comprises a horizontal water discharging pipe,at least one connecting hose and a water discharging plate; the two ends of the connecting hose run through the horizontal water discharging pipe and are hermetically connected to the water discharging plate respectively; the connecting hose and the horizontally water discharging pipe are hermetically connected; a vacuum transfer hole is formed on the connecting hose positioned in the horizontalwater discharging pipe; and the horizontal water discharging pipe is connected to a transfer pipe. The invention further discloses a vacuum pre-pressing method. The vacuum pre-pressing method comprises the following steps: laying the water discharging plate wrapped with waterproof geotechnical cloth into soft soil; after arranging the horizontal water discharging pipe, hermetically connecting theconnecting hose to the horizontal water discharging pipe; hermetically connecting the connecting hose to the water discharging plate by the waterproof geotechnical cloth; and vacuumizing the horizontal water discharging pipeline. According to the vacuum pre-pressing device and the vacuum pre-pressing method, the steps of paving a sand cushion layer and the like are reduced and vacuum pre-pressingof the soft soil foundation can be realized simply, conveniently and rapidly, thereby improving the working efficiency.
