The invention provides a vacuum pressing method for compact artificial stone. The vacuum pressing method comprises the following steps that S1, mold manufacturing; S2, slurry preparation; S3, negative-pressure stirring; S4, mixing and stirring; S5, negative pressure pouring; and S6, grinding and polishing. The vacuum pressing method has the beneficial effects that calcite powder and a filling agent are poured into a tank B, unsaturated polyester resin is poured into a tank C, and auxiliary glue, a curing agent, an accelerant and a modifier are poured into a tank D for respective stirring, so that stirring is more uniform; meanwhile, through negative-pressure stirring, air in materials can be exhausted during stirring, and bubbles are prevented from appearing in the artificial stone; and when the materials in the tank B, the tank C and the tank D are discharged, the mass ratio of the materials discharged from the tank B, the tank C and the tank D in unit time is equal to the mass ratio of the materials in the tank B, the tank C and the tank D in the formula, so that the materials in a tank E are stirred more uniformly, and the quality of prepared artificial boards is more stable.
本发明提供了致密性人造石真空压制方法,包括以下步骤:S1模具制作;S2浆料制作;S3负压搅拌;S4混合搅拌;S5负压浇筑;S6打磨抛光;本发明的有益效果:通过将方解石粉和填充剂灌入B罐,不饱和树脂灌入C罐,辅助胶水、固化剂、促进剂和改性剂灌入D罐,进行分别搅拌,使得在搅拌的时候更均匀;同时通过负压搅拌,使得在搅拌时能够将物料内的空气排出,防止人造石材中出现气泡;通过将B罐、C罐和D罐内的物料放出时,B罐、C罐和D罐在单位时间内放出的物料的质量比等于配方中B罐、C罐和D罐中物料的质量比相等,提高E罐内物料搅拌的更均匀,制得的人造板材质量更稳定。
