Fragmented prefabrication construction method for deep and large open caisson
The invention belongs to municipal water supply and drainage engineering construction, and relates to a fragmented prefabrication construction method for a deep and large open caisson. The construction method comprises the following steps of (1) uniformly decomposing the open caisson into a plurality of arc sections in the horizontal direction, decomposing the open caisson into rectangular blocksin the vertical direction, and pouring concrete to form arc-shaped duct pieces; (2) reserving arc-shaped bolt holes in the upper ends, the lower ends, the left side walls and the right side walls of the arc-shaped duct pieces; (3) forming anchor rod holes in the middles of the arc-shaped duct pieces; (4) conducting arc splicing in a foundation pit in the horizontal direction through a plurality ofarc-shaped duct pieces, conducting splicing layer by layer from bottom to top, arranging water stop strips at joints, and connecting the arc-shaped duct pieces through arc-shaped bolts, thereby forming the open caisson; and (5) enabling anchor rods to penetrate through the anchor rod holes to fix the arc-shaped duct pieces to the pit wall of the foundation pit. The fragmented prefabrication construction method is suitable for manufacturing the open caisson in a gravel area where construction clearance is limited, underground water consumption is large and soil is soft, and meanwhile the construction cost is reduced, and the construction quality is improved.
本发明属于市政给排水工程施工,涉及一种深大沉井分片预制施工方法,通过以下步骤:(1)按照水平方向将沉井均匀分解成若干弧段,竖直方向对沉井分解成矩形块设计,用混凝土浇筑,形成一种弧形管片;(2)在弧形管片上下端和左右侧壁分别预留弧形螺栓孔;(3)在弧形管片中部设置锚杆孔;(4)在基坑内通过若干个弧形管片在水平方向进行圆弧拼接,然后从下到上逐层进行拼接,并在接缝处设置止水条,利用弧形螺栓将弧形管片相互连接,形成沉井;(5)通过锚杆穿过锚杆孔将弧形管片固定在基坑坑壁。本发明适用于施工净空受限,地下水用水量大且地质松软,圆砾区的沉井制作,同时降低了施工成本,提高了施工质量。
