A detachable caisson prefabrication method comprises the steps that S1, a caisson prefabrication platform, longitudinal and transverse movement and a sliding way are prepared, and a bottom isolation layer is laid; s2, prefabricating a lower caisson standard layer structure; s3, the top layer of the lower caisson is constructed, and a water stop belt S4, laying a bamboo plywood and a kraft paper isolation layer; s5, prefabricating an upper temporary caisson; according to the method, the lower caisson is prefabricated firstly, then the upper temporary caisson is prefabricated, after the whole caisson is prefabricated, the caisson is transported to the site to be installed to form the temporary water stop cofferdam, the water stop effect is good, after the water stop function of the cofferdam is completed, the temporary caisson is hoisted and dismantled, and the dismantling speed and efficiency are high. After dismantling, a permeable environment is formed in a surrounding sea area, and the environment-friendly requirement is met.
