Basement thick-and-large base plate rebar support and construction method thereof
The invention provides a basement thick-and-large base plate rebar support and a construction method thereof. The rebar support comprises a complex number of rebar support unit modules, a complex number of first horizontal rods and a complex number of adjustable bolts. Each rebar support unit module comprises at least four stand column rod pieces, at least four second horizontal rod pieces and atleast eight inclined strut rod pieces. A rectangle is defined by every four adjacent second horizontal rod pieces. Each stand column rod piece is perpendicularly arranged at a joint of every two adjacent second horizontal rod pieces. One end of each inclined strut rod piece is arranged at a joint between each stand column rod piece and the corresponding second horizontal rod pieces in a supportingmanner, and the other end of each inclined strut rod piece is fixed to the bottom of an adjacent stand column rod piece. Bolt holes are formed in the bases of the stand column rod pieces. The adjustable bolts penetrate through the bolt holes in the bases and support the bases in a cushioning manner. All the rebar support unit modules are connected into a whole through the first horizontal rod pieces. The basement thick-and-large base plate rebar support is simple in structure, convenient to install and operate, high in working efficiency, and safe and reliable in connection.
本发明提供一种地下室厚大底板钢筋支架及其施工方法,包括复数个钢筋支架单元模块、复数个第一水平杆、复数个可调螺栓;各所述钢筋支架单元模块包括至少四个立柱杆件、至少四个第二水平杆件以及至少八个斜撑杆件;所述第二水平杆件每四个围成一矩形,各所述立柱杆件垂直设置在两个第二水平杆件相接处,各所述斜撑杆件的一端支撑在所述立柱杆件与第二水平杆件相接处,另一端固定在相邻立柱杆件的底部;各所述立柱杆件的底座上设有螺栓孔;可调螺栓穿过所述底座上的螺栓孔并支垫所述底座;各钢筋支架单元模块支间通过第一水平杆连接成整体。本发明结构简单,安装操作方便,工效高,连接安全可靠目的。
