Building module and modular building
The invention discloses a building module and a modular building. A top end beam and a top plate are arranged on the top of the building module, and a bottom end beam, a floor and a bottom plate are arranged on the bottom of the building module. The floor and the bottom plate are connected to the bottom end beam, and the bottom plate is located below the floor and spaced from the floor. The building module further comprises a top drainage device, a first drainage device and a second drainage device. The top drainage device comprises a groove, and the groove is located between the top end beamand the top plate. The first drainage device is arranged at an end of the bottom of the building module and connected with the floor, and the first drainage device can drain liquid on the floor or drain the liquid to the bottom plate. The second drainage device is arranged at an end of the bottom of the building module and connected with the bottom plate so as to drain the liquid on the bottom plate. The projection of a drainage port of the first drainage device and/or the projection of a drainage port of the second drainage device in the height direction of the building module are/is locatedwithin a projection range of the groove in the height direction. According to the building module, the flowing distance of accumulated water can be shortened, and the accumulated water can be rapidlydrained.

The invention discloses a building module and a modular building.
